Welcome to Loop Earplugs Returns and Exchanges Hub! Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with our 100-day return policy, allowing returns for any reason within 100 days of receiving your item, even if used.

  • Refund process: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and ear tips. Opt for the refund option during the return process.  
  • Follow the guided prompts: Complete your return effortlessly with our step-by-step process. 
  • Secure packaging: Safely pack your return items, attach the provided label, and follow the displayed instructions in the portal. 
  • Individual returns: Combining multiple different orders isn't possible; each one requires a dedicated return. 
  • Drop-off convenience: Visit your local drop off point (you can find this in the return portal), ensuring the return is scanned upon receipt. Don't forget to get a receipt for your records. 

  • If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If you've returned your items for a refund and it's not showing up, check your original purchase date. If you should already have your refund, just reach out to us. 

    Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund
